Cancellation Policy

Being a small independent hotel our cancellation policy is 7 days prior to arrival, 14 days if 3 or more rooms have been booked and 28 days when all rooms in the hotel are booked.

Payment in full will be required for cancellations less than 7 days unless we are able to re-let the rooms. To prevent potential loss due to a cancellation we recommend that guests consider arranging personal travel/cancellation insurance. 

For special packages ie: new year, when accommodation is limited our policy is that cancellations with less than 30 days notice will incur a charge of 50% of the full cost of the package.

 Additional Information
